I have worked with Jennifer Betts and edited her writing for several years. For a time, I was Jenni’s direct supervisor, but when she was moved to another editing group, I still had the opportunity to work directly with Jenni and edit many of her articles on both LoveToKnow.com and YourDictionary.com.
Working with Jenni has been an absolute pleasure. I think I can safely say she has one of the best attitudes of anyone I have ever worked with. She communicates well, is highly motivated, takes on any project or task asked of her, and always does so willingly and capably. She is an excellent teammate.
Jenni takes feedback well and incorporates it into her work moving forward. She not only accepts feedback, but she asks for it, and her response is always positive. Over the years, I have found Jenni to be extremely coachable. She understands the suggestions and uses what she has learned to adapt and improve her work.
Jenni is also highly versatile. No matter what project we’ve asked her to work on or which articles we’ve asked her to write, Jenni writes them with authority, even when the subject is out of her wheelhouse. I think anyone who hires her will get a tireless, devoted, capable employee who will be a tremendous asset to their team. I’d be happy to answer any questions if you have them.
